More and more people come to us on La Grace wanting to learn more of the seaman's trade. For these inquisitive souls we decided to run courses. We are not the direct organiser of all of them; some we arrange through our long-trusted partners at the Czech Maritime Academy.

Covid has been raging around the world for a second year now, but people have got used to it, so our ship is sailing without any serious restrictions. Fortunately the situation in Italy is stable. The rules here are simple and easy to follow and do not complicate people's lives much.

Italy went through the pandemic in the very first wave of 2020, and since then, unlike the Czech Republic, its situation has been improving throughout, with mild fluctuations. La Grace autumn 2020
This autumn La Grace waited in vain for her favourite cadets from Russia. Sadly they could not come because of the COVID-19 crisis. And so La Grace has an unplanned holiday. She is spending it in the marina at Porto Azzurro on the island of Elba. In November she will move to the marina in Portoferraio, where she will undergo her winter refit.
