10th anniversary of the birth of La Grace

Today, friends, it is exactly 10 years since we first hauled our beloved La Grace down to the water of the Red Sea and a life full of adventure began. Since the authorities will not allow us boisterous celebrations, join me at least in this way in recalling those moments of tension and expectation. Raise a glass of something very good today in memory of the wonderful years we have spent with her, and with the wish that this splendid ship may live on even when we are no longer here.
