We have laid La Grace up in our second home, at the mole in Portoferraio on the island of Elba. With the small exception of one New Year's Eve voyage, she will be resting here until spring. Normally we would still be sailing at this time of year, but this year has been marked by waves of assorted decrees and often nonsensical orders that politicians in every country of the world hide behind the magic dread of the words "Covid 19"! :-( There is nothing left but to hope that the world will soon be all right again...
